Financing Alternatives, Inc. - PC's For All i paid 1500 for a computer and never recieved it chesapeak, Virginia

i signed up with financing alternatives to purchase a computer. the terms of the program were to,make  so many biweekly payments for so many weeks and then the computer would be shipped to you.

my payments were directly withdrawn from my bank account. after making every payment in full and on time i still had'nt recieved anything. i called the company numerous times and got the same response each time. they told me they had to order a new model because the one i had reserved was no longer in stock.

after a few weeks and still nothing i called them back and demanded a refund! they said they do not refund money and would just hold it untill i decided to come back to them as a customer! i assured them i  would never be coming back and then he just hung up on me! to this day i havent been able to contact them or get a refund!
