My wife recently ordered a computer through CEC solutions. I then checked out the company on complaintboard and they had a lot of bad reports about the company. I had my wife call the company back and they gave her a run around and told her that she could not cancel the account through there department. They put her on hold for 30 minutes and then told her that there was nothing they could do.

My wife called her bank to make sure CEC did not take the money out, and the bank told her that she could not stop them from taking the money because she authorized the withdrawl.

We have been trying to contact CEC solutions for days and they do not answer there phones. I would like help to find out what if anything i can do about the obvious scam they are trying to pull off.
