What were the problems?

AUTHOR: Misty - Phoenix (U.S.A.)

I am asking because as a compuert repair tech myself I can tell you there are "warranty" issues and "user" issues. Hardware failure such as a CD drive, hard drive, processor failuers should all be warranty.  Computer virus/spyware/malware infections or damage to the operating system would not be considered "warranty".

What were the problems you had adn what were the repairs?
