On April 4th 1999 i won a bid on E-Bay auctions for a cd rom.
I paid for this item with my credit card .They said it would be
5 to 10 days .After two weeks I emailed them and they said
they were having delivery troubles with there supplier.
And that it would be a little longer .
So about 2 weeks went by so i emailed them again.
They replied that there supplier had lost all of there orders.
And they would take care of it as sone as possible.Or if i
would like a refund so on may 14\99 i asked for a refund.
The next day May 15\99 they replied they would and they
were sorry for any troubles.They have ignored all of my
emails since.
