Laptop Doctor Possibly Worst Customer Service Experience I ever had Webster, Massachusetts

Laptop Doctor may have given me the worst customer service experience I ever had. I purchased a Laptop from them, it just crashed, I returned it WITH MY RECEIPT within a few days. The president Ari Krendell wouldn't give me my money back. I was forced to go to small claims court. The president Ari Krendell didn't show up twice, when he did show up he brought a lawyer over a $95 Laptop. I won the case, however not without headaches and disparaging remarks from Ari.  Is bringing a lawyer to small claims court over a $95 Laptop good customer service?  I hope you learn from my mistake of doing business with Laptop Doctor.
