Mac Pro Systems And Software Beware San Jose California

It started out ok. But then one thing lead to another. The Notebook they sent me was not as specified on their website. So I called them. Rude and unhelpful. Finally after several phone calls. I got the parts I need to make the notebook the way I ordered it ( I had to install it). By the time the parts came the notebook no longer worked. So off to the phones again. This time after several days and no direction I got it sent back. 1 week went by no notebook. I dreaded calling them again. But I did they, and could not find the notebook I sent back. They told me they would call me back when they found it. I called back the next day. I was told they had found it and sending out a different one. 1 week had passed. Still no notebook. I called again. I was told I should see it in 3 days. 3 days passed no notebook. Called again. OK OK it went on for a little longer. Finally after 32 days. I got a different note book. I was excited. I opened it up and found no power plug. And the hard drive wasn't the size I asked for. So on the phone again. No one could help me because the young man I was dealing with wasn't their and he may be in the next day. Maybe!!! So long story short.
Its May 8th and I still do not have all the parts I bought. And this started March 12.
Beware and please don't let this happen to you..
