Paradigm Acceptance Corporation ripoff dishonest selling practices lousy customer service Hampton Virginia

The sales department at this company will call you four hundred times to inform you that you have been approved for financing of your new gateway computer after you have been turned down by gateway. When you finally return the call, they tell you all about the downpayment options and how easy it is to get your new computer.

Then you deal with the customer service department and they inform you of the real rules. All of what the sales department told you is basically false because once you have signed the paperwork and then you question something that you were told, customer service will flatly inform you that your information is inaccurate.

Lastly, when you meet the downpayment amount and they inform you your computer will ship in about 10 weeks after that and you have had enough of the run around and you cancel your order out of sheer frustration, they inform you that your deposit is non-refundable. This is stated in the final paperwork they fedex to you, which by the way, is duplicate of the original paperwork you sent them when the order was placed. It is not however stated in the original paperwork. Please beware, if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS!
