Another sucker bites into the SCAM, bought my V2Premier in October 2003. It was slow from the beginnig, had extra cables that I had no idea what they were suppose to hook to, some of the software was not even for the system.

Not what I expected from a computer advertised on ShopNBC as the best deal available and with over $2000.00 in sofeware, YEAH, but most of it is worthless. I needed a computer and decided to keep it and try to work around the known short commings. Worst mistake I ever made.

On January 27, 2004 the computer would not boot, thus began many hours of calling both hardware and software support, spending hours on hold, then trying different procedures as the rude uncaring technicians instructed me. I told them from the beginning that the computer made a knocking sound but they ignored this. Nothing works so they send me a recovery CD, which of course didn't work either.

Finally, they decided it was a hard drive problem, sending me a main board twice instead of a hard drive, then a hard drive that the technician changed, turned on the computer, put the recovery disk in it, then said that would fix it and that was all he was getting paid to do and left. Didn't fix it, so back to the phone calling hard ware support. They blamed the technician, said they would send a new hard drive. A few days later, I received a main board, another call on February 23, 2004 and they said they would try to overnight the right part.
Received it on March 4, 2004.

I have asked for a refund and was told NO! I have filed a report with the BBB, e-mailed the Governor's Office, Commissioer of Commerce, and the State Attorney's Office. All claim to have no authority or don't have the time to do anything. I guess a company in Minnesota can do anything they want and get away with it.

I want my money back and will be happy to join in a class action lawsuit.
