247Downloads ripoff Will not issue a refund or respond to email Internet

Original Rip-Off report did not show up for some reason. I will try to reiterate here on the update.

Within 24 hours of purchase and download of 247downloads.com, I requested, via email per their instructions, a full refund. I waited 3 days for a response, but got none. I sent them an email every day for a week, basically forwarding my original. As their instructions stated, I did not try to contact anyone else, including their third-party collection company (iBill.com). The software does not work, though it looks (and sounds) impressive. I want my money back, but since they are web based, what are my chances? When I called the number that was listed in other reports on this web site, I got a recording from a company called ROC Telecommunications. When I was ready to leave a message, their mailbox was so full, a new message could not be recorded. I have screen shots of WHOIS information about the 247downloads.com web registration. I also have IP addresses of the same company and two of their name servers listed on WHOIS. I would like to get these guys, even though I only lost approx $35.00. How many other people have been taken though? Any help is appreciated!
