I ordered a AT 2400 from AvTech remote and received a "Made in China" CPU without promised features, such as modem and ethernet.

Their customer service, by telephone or internet, is unavailable. Their page at avtechcomputers.net is "Out of Service".

Monday, I'll try to get Master Card to eliminate the charge.
