Best Buy Co, Inc The store on The Northern Blvd. In Montgomery Alabama. Took a P.C. in exchange and then ,without my consent , billed me on my Wachova Credit Card. they have refused to give me my money back . Negelagent ,Lawless. Uncoropreative,Arrogant , Inconsiderate and Recalciderant : Montgomery , Alabama

   In Nov.of 2007, I bought an E-Machine with all the needs. After a week I started to have problems , I returned it , they seemingly fixed, a few days later I had to return it again , this occured approxmatelt four times in less than a month, thats when I called E-machine and was instructed to return it , for an exchange . This Idid .

    I paid for the frist P.C. with a BEST BUY card in less than 30 days to av0id intrest . So When they ask for my C.C. I assumed it was for I.D. and I gave it the female Supv.

     I took my "NEW PC " and went home ; One month later I got a bill from "WACHOVIA BANK" stating that I owe then over six hundred dollares. I wnt to the cieling and back to BEST BUY. I wasted my time then and have until now , I asked for that Arbatration bit. I own a small business and Because of them MY credit score wen from 814 points down to 610 . I was forced to pay Wachovia bank $575.00 to save my business Reputatiion . Best buy has failed mak a reasonable offer .

      I am at the point of fileing a complaint of 'CREDIT CARD FRAUD" because under Alabama law and Federal law; it is fraud when a co. uses your C.C. without your consent or knowledge for gain. And they did gain .!!!!!
