Blue Hippo Take People Money Baltimore, Maryland Washington DC

I had called Blue Hippo, After the 45 business days. I sope with one of their customer service reps, they stated that I could not talk to an manager. Because they don't handle these type of calls.

Well then I wrote BBB I explain to them that Blue Hippo have not given me my refund. BBB had contacted Blue Hippo they stated they had gotten an letter saying that their are in compile with their refund policy.

So I called Blue hippo Back And spoke to another customer service rep, they stated that I surposed have my money and that they don't understand why it's taking so long. So he was looking in my file He said Oh I see that you have already contacted BBB, I won't get my refund until after the 45 days from the day I had contacted BBB.

He also stated that he would not be able to help me because I did that And that the manager have my file so only mangers can only help me. Never recived a call from Blue Hippo manager or any one from that company.

This is a New Year and I still don't have my money when I had order a computer from Blue Hippo it was on 9-12-08 it's now 01-23-09.

I had reach the end of my rope.
