Capitol one repayment plan scam Internet, North Carolina

payment schedules were made by this company to bring my account to a zero balance they lead me to believe that after 3 payments of 300 dollars for the next three months my account would be brought to a zero balance i owed 1000 dollars and now have a balance of 214.55 cents balance on my account when i spoke with a manager she claimed we never made the agreement to clear the account and that was to get the account from its over due status. after several times speaking with customer service reps and managers who assured me my account would be brought back to a zero balance. This company is very misleading to all who have a credit account beware  i will be closing this account this month im in the wrong from the beginning for going delinquent but its wrong to act like your going to help your customers and cheat them at the end.
