About six days ago, I downloaded a program from www.cyberdefender.com,

to "clean" my CP, so it works more rapid...The name of the Program is:

MyCleanPC...When I finished the download, and paid for it, the Spanish

operator that attends me said that in 35 minutes I will receive the Code to

open the Program, in my webmail, which never I received....Until today,

after numerous calls that I made to them, they assigned me the Spanish

operator, who never appears...So I want my money back, or the Code.

It will be a very easy matter to get you your Registry Cleaner activation code.

Simply send an email to supportATcyberdefender.com (put an @ symbol in place of the letters AT) and put the ACTIVATION CODE in the subject line. Send us a note requesting your activation code, and we will email the code to you.

Please keep in mind that if you purchased our product through a 3rd party company we will not have record of your account in our system. You will need to contact that 3rd party company for further assistance.

If you are confident you purchased the product directly off our website, please email us with the following minimum information to help us locate your account: -
