bought new computer on- line from dell inc, 5 days after hook up not working right, and would not work with my  dell printer, went online to dell got a live chat , told the dude what was going on , in reply i was told my brand new computer had to much junk software on it, and he could fix it online for a one time charge of a $169.99 must i say anymore. i told him what he could do.

How did all this "dirty" software" get on your 5 day old computer?

How is this Dell's fault and how would it be covered by their support warranty?

Hope you know how to remove it yourself.....you really told them!
