I know were in a recession, and people are desperate for money, but god help AMERICA! I recieved a call today, about one o clock, stating I was under investigation, for fraud, by the Law and Department of Investigation, before I could get a word in edge wise, I was told that I had taken out a loan, from a Online Internet Company, for a cash loan of 200.00, when I ask more information regarding this so called loan, this BABA FOSTA, was his name, started yelling at me, telling me don't ask him any questions, I stated then how am I suppose to know, what I am under investigation for, if I don't, he just stated in a abrasive voice, that I took out this loan, and I did not pay it back.
And if I did not pay it back, I would be in Jail very soon, well while he was going at it, so was I, I told him that it just so happen I am married to a SGT, of the LAPD and I would have him look into this for me, he just started yelling "who cares". I have the number which is 412-360-8423, when I called back you can hear others in the back ground, however, when I looked this number up, it is a LAND LINE,  which in most cases land lines are home numbers, not businesses.
when I ask him for his address he would not give it to me, now the funny part of this each and every time you ask for someone, like a manager and/or the VP of the company you get a person with a strong Indian Accent??? ahh, hello. I will file a police report with my husband, and I already called my bank, they told me, they get alot of calls such as this, and that these people, are FRAUDS, they would have records of a CASH LOAN in my account if that was the case.
If you are experiencing this problem:
1. don't give out any information what so ever!
2. get as much information from them as possible, if you can.
3. call your bank or financial facility.
4. file a police report right away, it may not be their priority, but you filed.
5. if they continue to call let them know you have taken action againts them.
6. record all calls, and take down all numbers most importantly
7. FIGHT BACK!!!
Lastly, why do we allow this mess in AMERICA!
