I purshased a computer on their layaway plan. When it was fully paid for I did not receive my computer. I paid $1299.48. I called them and they kept saying I will receive something in 60 days. Or they was upgrading their system.

So I asked for a refund and they said they don't give refunds. That I just have to wait 60 days and piece and parts of the computer will start coming. It never happened.
