I bought several months ago 10 exactly the same servers from TigerDirect.com (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4802847&CatId=3374) ..
After i received the servers and unpacked everything there were 4 servers missing their hard drives.
Ofcourse TigerDirect.com blames their supplier but i bought it from Tiger so i guess it is their fault and they have to solve the issue.
I sent some emails to one of the sales guys, got some mails back that i had to check earlier if there were missing parts so i guess it is all my fault.
Very bad service for a company like this.
I am still missing 4 x 2 hard Drives 250GB ..
