Helpmedownload.com took money out of bank account 70.68 just because I looked at the web site Internet

I visited www.helpmedownload,com today and noticed they had charged me $70.68 just for visiting. I calledd the 800 number and asked about the charge.
The person I spoke with did not speak very good english. I asked why, he said I joined the site. I replied that I did not and never would.
After giving him information about the debit on my account, I was told that it would cost me $9.99 to cancel the service. This place is a big ripoff, please stay away from them!
