Icard Services ripoff Florida dallas Internet

I received an approval for a credit card on the internet on the application they requested for my checking account number,I later received an email about a confirmation for withdrawing money from my checking account so i called my bank and told them not to debit the transaction that was on the 29th of july and on the 3rd of August I realized that without my approval $159.00 has been debited to vip card I called the customer service and spoke to Ray Davis on the 5th of August and he promised me my money will be deposited into my account but first he will send me a cancellation notice to be filled out by me and submitted I never received it and now my account has been overdraft to $440.00 and charged off to telecheck I need this rectified because I called after unsuccessfully trying for so many month I got through today at 1'30pm and after speaking to Ray Davis again he told me they will send me another credit card ,I've told him I want the money deposited into my account,I don't want to do any business with them
