Identity Theft Protection - ID Theft Protection/Last Chance Cash Advance/www.idprocs.com/TrifectaCard ID theft unautorized debit out of my checking account Internet

I filled out an application with last chance cash payday loan and did not sign or check anything to get ID theft protection and they took my bank account info and made a withdrawal out of my account for 33.98. I did not notice it till right before the bank closed and my bank gave me the number that was on there info and I called and could not get through. I will be calling tomorrow and going to the bank to see if I can stop them. I also went to a website that gives you a form to fill out about your refund and asks you for a confirmation number, well if you never signed up with them I do not think you are going to have a number. I am furious, these people need to be stopped and I want my money back.
