Ivory White offerd free trial for $1 shiping and took $78.41 out leaving me to owe $91.46 Boulder Colorado

on 3-29-09 we done a survey online and ivory white offered a free trial for $1.00 after putting our bank information in and clicking it did we realize it was not a $1.00 so immediately after reading this we called them and canceled the man said it had already been shipped out he put in the computer that the product is canceled while I was on the phone with him and he said to send the box back . With the Easter Holiday I am guessing Mail was slow and No one said that the box had to be back by a exact day or that I would be billed for it. The full amount for this tooth whitener was not shown until after information went in they took my money and we have called 4 times to fix this. We a family with 5 kids would not every need nor want 78$ worth of tooth whitener. Now as I type this out to you we are $91.46 under in the bank. Thank you for your time
