Like many of you I fell for the Google, thing. Well I lost $39.90 in april and may of this year.
I spoke to a woman with an accent in April she said I signed for a club. I couldn't find the site again. And then in May the removed $39.90 again under another name.
On the 2nd one I had a phone number and the woman answered and I filed the complaint with lied and guaranteed me that I would receive a refund in 5 to 7 business days.
So I haven't received money or even received anything by email except no reply emails saying someone will get to me in 24 hour.
I turned over to the BBB.org in my area. I was only able to give her the phone number.
Well, good news, no I haven't received my refund, but have not hearing that she can't get address. I started looking at some of the other sites. The one I initially ordered from now has at the bottom on the home page a line that says they are not affiliated with Google.com
I Googled the phone number 866-583-7789 and found serveral other sites with the same phone number as the info on my bank account withdrawal.
After more internet digging I came up with some address and phone number of those of you who want to try to get your money back.
