I'd never heard of a Very Low Carb/Calorie Diet (VLCD) before joining Kimkins.com and I learnd the hard way... I lost half of my hair and came very close to having an eating disorder (ED).

Kimkins if a fraud and scam....DO NOT JOIN IT. There are plenty of other diet sites out there that offer a healthy way of eating and losing weight. Try them!!

Google Kimkins and read the blogs and find out for yourself about how bad this diet and it's creator, Heidi Kimberly Diaz, is. Join the lawsuit if you are already a member. Yes, there is an ongoing class action lawsuit against it!
