michael fertik, CEO Reputation Defender dropped my contract after they realized they couldn't get the job done, no refund! Internet

Hired reputationdefender.com to remove several defaming websites about me that i found on Yahoo. CEO Michael Fertik personally handled my account and signed the agreement. 9 months in (3 months until the agreed upon due date) i had not seen any results on any search engines. 3 weeks later i received an e-mail notice saying that my agreement had been cancelled and that no money was due. the only problem with that? they kept my 50% security deposit! I called them, furious, and eventually worked my way through the grunts and talked to Mr. bigshot CEO. he treated me with disrespect and like he had never spoken to me before, almost like i was some sort of lunatic. he claimed that the deposit was only refundable within 6 months. i still smell the crap on his lips from when he kissed butt to me trying to make the sale. steer clear of this company, they'll wait until they have your money secured and then they'll throw you under the bus!
