plumchoice scumbags,dumdchoice,liars,bad customer support,tream employees like sh*t , hire only temps Internet

PLUMCHOICE is all about money they treat their employees(be it mostly temps now) like crap , they hire temp workers so they don't have to pay them more then they have to.. lies lies lies ........ with the promise of 3 months to hire what a crock of sh*t .. they overwhelm the techs with call after call and they don't care about our breaks or lunches ...and there constantly adding new work projects and your forced to learn and catch up on your days off .. no job can go past two hours .. and if it does your to rush them off the phone and pass them on to another technician TIER 2 they pay the temps 14.00 an hour no benefits ,, whats a disgrace to the american people what this company does .. they white label their services with other tech internet companies(cox ,acn ,at&t and many others) and the techs have multiple hats and juggle multiple tasks .. its overwhelming ten 20 calls in a row and when you ask for your assigned break the stupervisors ignore you with lame excuses to wait for such and such technician gets back from their break / lunch to take your break/ lunch ... but no i dont compalin because they dangle that carrot over your head saying you'll be a full time hire soon ..yea its been well over a year and this company was just using the techs and when you miss a few days they fire you .. for the fact they don't want to hire you full time they want to repalce you with another temp .. they hide behind the fact they want to hire temps because of the workload ? get real and be honest will you ... the temp agencies clam in (on contact) 3 months to hire .. bot no raise after a year .. from now ill refer them to as DUMBCHOICE ... do your self a big favor folks and go elsewhere.. or find a person that treats you and your computer as a customer and not and a bank.. yeah you know who this is .. most of thier customers that come from another company after having INTERNET SECURITY INSTALLED . are refered to us for the fix and they get signup for a plan .. i smell a skunk and its now me ..
