I ordered a custom Pool/Dining table on November 23rd, 2008 we have already paid $2051 so far.
After I had ordered the table I wanted to change the pocket style. So I tryed to get in contact with the company for 1 week everyday. I became extremely suspicious. If I could not contact them to change my pocket style what would it be like if I had a warranty issue. So I decided to cancel my order . I tried repeatedly to contact this company to cancel my order with no success.
I have tried every day Monday thru Friday to talk to someone, with no success. I have now e-mailed them as well as filing a report with the Better Business Bureau in Southern Colorado.
It has been 1 1/2 months with absolutely no contact with the company. Every month my account is being debited $187.
All I want is to cancel my order with a full refund. It has been 44 days of daily phone calls and e-mails. I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, GET MY REFUND AND CANCEL THE MONTHLY DEBIT HELP!

Ok, so I reported this company to the Southern Colorado BBB and the FTC. I spoke with a representative from the BBB who informed me that I am one of many and they have not received, or expect to receive any response. I have also reported this company to my Bank as well as changing my account number to prevent any further ACH debits. I had another one come through my bank today, but my bank rejected it. It was a hassle but know that my account has been changed I can rest easy.
I will be flagging my credit reports also just in case. I will be filing a claim against this company.

Sometime the desire to get a bargain can stampede an otherwise rational, cautious person into moving too fast without doing their homework.

I am deeply offended by your comments. Yes, I had checked both phones and e-mails and they were working in November. Also the comment regarding a bargain insinuates that I am cheap. Don't be so judgmental; this post was to help others who are in the same situation. If it prevents some one else from getting scammed then I have made a difference.
