I had tried a pill that was to be a free sample and then they went and billed my checking account $149.95 for the diet pill.
I tried to contact them immediately, but couldn't get a hold of anyone....just a answering machine
I tried to reach them by the internet and I had to submit a ticket and I did receive a response from someone apologizing but saying that I had the wrong person and that I needed to go to www.Nexgenlabusa.com. I did go to that website, but it was not the right one.
I have contacted my bank and advised them of the situation and the fraud involved with this company and that I wanted the transaction reversed. I am waiting to hear back from them. This was caught by me on the same day that they withdrew the money from my account which was today on 10/15/07.
I have also called the company again at a different number 1-888-527-0870 or 1-800-664-4494 and a female answered the phone but when I asked if it was the company Pure Energy Products she said "yes." I gave her a brief run down of the situtation and then she told me to hold on and sent me to a voice mail again. I left a message saying I had already complained and filed reports both with my bank and fraud company and I wanted a return call and the money put back into my account. I am waiting on a response from someone. This just happened today 10/15/07 so we will see what happens.I will keep on top of this situation.

I thought it was hopeless after the first time I disputed a charge like this on my credit card when my credit card company mailed me copies of documentation that the company had sent them as proof that the charge was valid and I had agreed to all of their policies. However, I submitted the dispute for a second time and forwarded copies of my shipping receipt from where I returned the product that was not as I'd ordered (without a return authorization number, since they wouldn't give me one), copies of various ripoffreports I found here, and a letter explaining the situation.
Finally, the dispute was resolved in my favor. Unfortunately, the original charge posted to my account on June 19, 2007 and the credit did not post until December 25, 2007. So, it took me six months and a lot of following up to get my money back, but it is possible.
