SIDEWALK DESIGNS - SLIGHTLY MAD COMMUNICATIONS - DAWN AMATO RUDOLPH OF SIDEWALK DESIGNS AND SLIGHTLY MAD COMMUNICATIONS DEFRAUDED ME OF ALMOST $10,000 ON A WEB SITE FRAUD SCAM!!! Huntington New York

Do not ever use and give a penny to Dawn Amato Rudolph of Sidewalk Designs and Slightly Mad Communications out in suffolk county on Long Island. She was a part of a web site fraud scam that first started with Bruce Chamoff of Hot Web Ideas, Inc in Glen Cove and North Babylon. I will post another rip off report on him also. Dawn also used another phony web designer John Colascione of Searchen, Inc. of West Babylon. He was involved with the business scam also. The details are extensive fraud and I have already filed a report with the Brooklyn district attorney. I wrote letters to Charles Hynes of Brooklyn and Robert Morgenthau of Manhattan. I am proceeding by filing this business scam with a detective. I am also filing with the NY attorney general, better business bureau, and IC3 FBI internet crime unit. I am now filing a lawsuit against in Brooklyn supreme court against Bruce Chamoff, Dawn Amato Rudolph, and John Colascione for many fraudelent causes of action. Do not ever give a penny and deal with Dawn Amato Rudolph, Bruce Chamoff, and John Colascione. Part of their scam also was for me to pay by checks instead of PayPal and credit card so I would not be able to dispute it with my bank when I found out that I was ripped off. I have lost everything in life. To top things off I am severely and permanently mentally disabled with serious psychiatric and learning disabilities, have not worked in 16 years, and live on SSD and Medicare. They all 3 knew of this before from the very start and fully took advantage of me knowing I was taking out large high interest loans that I can never repay back. The bank is going to sue me because of these people. Dawn and John now owe me $10,000. Bruce now owes me $5,000. These people take money and do not make you any money. They just lie about everything and run away with your money. Everything that the they did and told me was an outrageous lie and fake. Nothing is real with them. I am going to be telling the supreme court judge all of this. If it was not for god and Jesus praying for me and my mother helping me out I would not be able to pay for food, psychiatric medications, and would be homeless because of this business web site fraud scam. I have lost everything to these people and now have to spend my time suing them in supreme court and getting criminal charges against them for taking my money, doing nothing, lying to me about everything, and leaving me hanging deeply in debt. I hope that this comes up on the search engines and I can save someone the mental aggravation that these people put me through in life with their fake businesses. I will only take this post down when they return the money that the legally owe to me and promised back as well. They are going to be responsible for the medical testimony fees of all my psychiatrists, psychologists, and other physical doctors testifying of my mental conditions that these people knew it before we even started and ripped me off. I am more than depressed and angry at these people as they belong in jail as they are crooks. The lawsuit is like 40 pages of lies and frauds perpertrated by these 3 people. Dear Ripoff Report and to anyone else reading this:

I wouldn't take any stock in what this person is saying. He rambles and repeats himself 3 times, admits that he is in psychiatric therapy, and on top of that, does not even admit his name. For all we know, this can be a competitor of one of the 3 companies above.

Just for the record to all people reading this, I did business with one of the companies that this person complained about (I won't mention which company) and the contact from that company was not only courteous and professional, but answered my every email, answered all of my questions, and finished my web site completely as stated in writing and on time. And the company did a great job to boot! I also paid a lot more money than what this person "claims" was paid and I got every penny's worth. I would do business with this company again.

I totally believe what this person has said above. I was defrauded and ripped off by one of these people above. Any low life scum bag who takes advantage of mentally incompetent and disabled individuals should be sent immediately to jail. I am not disabled and was fooled by one of these people listed above. I am sure that the person who posted this got involved in scam by all 3 of these individuals to take everything that he ever had and do absolutely nothing at all. Remember Bernie Madoff actually made money for people at one time. Instead of a ponzi scheme these are fraudulent web designers who are completely dishonest. The person above cannot comment as he is pursuing a case in supreme court and looking into criminal measures for theft of money. I got scammed by one of the people above leading me to believe that they are all crooked. Many people were fooled by Bernie Madoff until they found out his scheme. These people should do the right and moral ethical thing to return the money to someome severely and permanently mentally disabled and incompetent. I am sure the judge in the case will rule the same. Unless these people totally lie to the judge about everything like they did with me and this guy above. At least Bernie Madoff ripped off rich people. Not people who live on disability, have no job, and are critically disabled. I am sure that all 3 of these scam artists are into it together. Probably they are friends going around taking advantage of people who do not know who they really are. If one of them defrauded me then the rest I am sure are the same.

My name is Mark and I did business with one of these companies and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. They delivered my web site in a timely manner and went over and beyond what they promised. That's all I need to say. I don't need to go on and on and on and post the same complaint twice like Afraudvictimwholostitall did.

To anybody reading this: I attest that I am a VERY happy customer and I totally disagree with "Afraudvictimwholostitall". This person has posted his complaint twice and I got the message the first time.

For any business owner reading this who needs work on their web site, the answer is simple. When you do business with any company, you ask for a contract and make sure that the company delivers to the contract. I do that with every contractor that I do busines with and it works well, because once the contract is signed, there is no turning back. I asked for a contract with the company mentioned here and they delivered the web site exactly to the contract.

I am not sure if Afraudvictimwholostitall got a contract at all, but if he had no money, then he had no right to even hire any company. He admitted above that he had no money and that the companies knew that. If Afraudvictimwholostitall  knew he had no money, then he never should be thinking about hiring anyone. Also, if Afraudvictimwholostitall knew that he had no money, then it looks like he should be the one that the ripoff report is written about, not the companies in question.

I am happy. Need I say more? If you hire them, ask for a contract by an attorney.
