Survey Platinum ripoff take your money and run don't believe what you read Palatine Illinois

On April 01/05 I purchased Survey-Platinum. I had reviewed them on several sights and all had a good report regarding quality of product and customer service. They offered a 90 day money back guarentee so for $34.95 USD I took the risk and it was the biggest regret of my life.
From the beginning I had technical difficults and as well their product was not of the quality I expected. I e-mailed them from their 'contact me' section of their website informing them of the difficulties and requesting my refund. Well what do you think happened??? NO REPLY! They had sent me an auto 'welcome' e-mail when they took my money so I know they had my e-mail address. Again on April 03 I sent off another e-mail from there website again. Again, NO REPLY. By then I figured they must be having problems with this section of their website (Blonde moment thinking that!) so on April 03 I sent them off an e-mail from my own account. Well you can guess what happened!

My next step was contacting Clickbank as when I purchased from the Survey Platinum website it took me to Clickbank from which I paid by electronic check from my Paypal account. Clickbank could not help as the money came from Paypal so I had to contact them, although I did lodge a complaint against Survey Platinum with them. Paypal could not issue the refund (which I already knew) because it had to come from Survey Platinum. They did try to help though and a supervisor even e-mailed Survey Platinum for me telling them I was in contact with them about the situation and for Survey Platinum to contact me. They also entered a complaint against the company. So here I am, turning frail and old, still waiting for Survey Platinum to contact me and yes I know I will still be here waiting when the cows come home. I also lodged a complaint with BBB Online although I know I'll never see my money again.

I just want you to be aware of the situation so you DON'T purchase Survey Platinum (well not unless you like giving your money away for nothing). It sure taught me a lesson and hopefully I can pass it on so others can learn from it.
