G'Day all .. All I can say about these idiots is that they don't respond unless YOU escalate to some government entity... I filed a report with IC3.gov, the BBB, the Canadian Bureau whatever they are (what it was was useless-what do you expect from our mentally inhibited northern neighbors) and my credit card issuer. Bottom line- Until I got verbally abusive with the idiots, I received no response. I received the same IDIOTIC emails about their server being down and the order numbers x thru xxx being sent back .. B******T .. period. I have received a refund for my purchase .. it took awhile, but I did get a FULL refund.

Treat the ass##### as the crap they are and you'll get results. GOOD LUCK.....REMEMBER THE SQUEAKY WHEEL ANALOGY

Hey Hlubinsky,

I found it interesting that they stated they NOW need to file a Customs Declaration. I do business to Canada and I ALWAYS need to fill out the Customs Declaration form.
In addition, I just gleaned another piece of info on these scum.....they AVOID paying Duty because they ship the items as EDUCATIONAL DVD SAMPLES!
Just another twist in this twisted "company's" methodology of doing business.

Hmmmmm..... I wonder if the US Customs Bureau would be interested in this little tidbit......YA THINK????
