I too received a charge from UnitedTel on my Verizon bill. Verizon agreed to remove it but I decided to research this. The owner of the company was sued by Washington state in 2006 for spyware and fraud. His info: Thomas M. Tortora, UnitedTelLLC, 274 N. Goodman St., Suite A302, Rochester NY 14607. File a complaint with NY Atty Gen Andrew Cuomo, your own atty general and the FCC. This guy is a scumbag.
