My husband ordered on-line from the VC store a Micron PC1 for$1996.00 which they out of our checking acct. at $500.00 per transaction except the last transaction of $496.00 was withdrawn on03/09/01.

The computer did not arrive even with a confirmation order and three weeks after they had taken all of our money out of our checking acct.they filed for bankrupcy under chapter 11 on March 23,2001 in Philadelphia,Pa and assigned Bankruptcy No.01-14231-DWS.

I have a claim and also contacted my states attorney general,the FBI,the BBB,and several others and still no response,what are we to do? I just want my money back and want them stopped from ripping others off. Please let me know of any other options that I can explore as I will try anything.

The president George Capell and the Chief Financial Officer, Patrick Buttery of VCStore, a.k.a "Direct 2 U", Video Computer Store where indicted for fraud by a federal grand jury, August 8, 2003.

"If convicted on all charges, Capell could be sentenced to 800 years in prison, $12.75 million in fines and five years of supervised release. Buttery could be sentenced to 760 years in prison, $12 million in fines and five years of supervised release. "
