Worldwinner is a haven for cheaters and worldwinner knows this. Worldwinner themselves cheats the players too.

For example, if a game fails to load, a player will lose their entry fee. However, there is a message that tells the player that they will recieve a refund in 30 minutes. There is no refund. The message is a blatant lie designed to fool the player into thinking they will get an automatic refund when i reality they do not. If a player wants a refund, they must contact the 'player services' and send an email with the tournament i.d. Worldwinner must be making a fortune ripping players off this way.

Cheaters abound on worldwinner and worldwinner does not care. Only when the players organize against a cheater will worldwinner do anything about it. In cases like these, players should be refunded the money that was stolen from them. However, even when worldwinner finds a cheater and removes them, they do nothing to rectify the situation. They do not refund the players who were cheated and they do not adjust their positions on ladders and in tournaments.

Worldwinner routinely blocks players from sending and recieving messages from other players on nothing more than a whim. Players are not informed that they have been blocked and worldwinner refuses to tell players why they get blocked. This is blatant discrimination.

Worldwinner also passes their own tax responsiblilities onto the players. For example, refund are given in CREDITS, yet they show up as CASH on the tax statement they send out to players.

Worldwinner should refund players CASH if players lost CASH. To take someone's cash illegally and then refund them with credits is a SCAM!!!

Players should know these things before spending ONE CENT at worldwinner. And, for worldwinner to hide these things from thier playing community is a shame.
