I ordered Ugg boots from buybootnow.net on 12-11-09 - I gave my visa debit card number.  They sent me an email with my order # and the amount of 92.99 that was being charged.  On 12-14-09, my bank was charged $101.13 for this transaction.  Since that time, I received a "tracking number" on 12-16-09 stating it left Shanghai China on 12-16-09.  Since then, I have called UPS and they cannot verify that anything was sent out for sure.  I have emailed the company for the status of the delivery, but without any response.  I would say, do NOT order from this company!!  They take your money and run!

For starters, why would you order anything from China? Even still, boots??

For obvious reasons, any company would have to run a credit card before shipment. Why the descrepancy of 92.99 and 101.13 could include a handling fee you were not aware of or could be an error that may be resolved.

It is very unlikely that UPS is the shipper, especially for a simple pair of boots. If it is a UPS tracking number, it would start with a "1Z' followed by sixteen other characters. The higher risk USPS is often confused with UPS, but is not a service available from China. China does have their own postal service that was probably used. It won't have any more tracking capability than USPS, so you'll just have to wait.
