I ordered a heavy duty business chair 7 weeks ago, and according to their website it will ship within 5 to 7 business days.

I have emailed them numerous times and called and left several messages and now they are not even answering at all. There voice mail box is full. What kind of business sells merchandise with a full mail box.

When I did get to talk to someone I was told that they would email me the ship date and tracking info. This never happened.

I was ripped off to the tune of $659.00.

Stay away from this company unless you want poor customer service, no response and of course no merchandise.
