Policelaptopstands ordered lap top stand nov. 20,2008- paid by e-check, still have not received item, 1/8/09 Internet

i ordered the laptop stand on nov. 20, 08. paid by e- check, did not receive item in 3 weeks, called co. they said they were behind on orders and would ship me a upgraded stand, plus the offer of some money back, i declined the money and asked them to ship me what i had ordered, they sent a ups notification, of shipment, then a few days later i received a ups notification that the pickup was canceled, i called them again, they said they were still behind in mfg. and would ship soon, they also said they had a e-mail person that would let me know shipping date. this did not happen. since then i have called this co. twice a week, the phone is answered by a machine that states leave a number and we will call back. this has not happened either.

It is my opinion that this co. has gone out of business, as i cannot contact them on their web site address, in fact the web site is no longer there. I suppose i am out the money I gave them, but I would like to caution anybody else to be careful in dealing with this co. POLICELAPTOPSTANDS
