This company fools you into thinking you are getting a 3 month trial, then automatically signs up your credit card for $3.99/ month.   This would be ok, but their customer service link on their website does not work, it says the server is not there.  There is no contact phone number - anywhere.  They only say the "parent" company IEC is headquartered in Los Angeles.  There is no contact email, except to advertise. 

There is a way to discontinue the billing, but it takes a magnifying glass, and many clicks to find your way into that screen.   This company is deceptive, and should be forced into having more transparent practices, and to offer clear and present customer service.  I feel I was billed for 7 months, and deserve a refund.  However, there is absolutely no way to contact them.
