CanStockPhoto is sneaky - when you make a purchase, the make your account a recurring (auto renew) subscription without your knowledge.  Then it is a hassle to get a refund, and in my opinion, this is a "trick" or "scam" used by them.  

For example, for the $39.95 one week usage, I got all the photos/images I needed and all was good.  To my surprise another $39.95 charge showed up on my CC and I did not get anything for that charge, and had to "un-check" the auto renew from the user setup.  Support never returns my emails, and calling them is a nightmare.  So my "great deal" at $39.95 turned into a "lousy deal" at double that amount!

The BBB rates them a solid F, with many complaints of fraudulent practices.
Looks like your "sixth sense" was a good one and you avoided these clowns.
