I visited garysimon.net thinking that I could get a logo back in time for a project I was working on.  Throughout his design sites there are numerous references (by him and testimonials) that speak about how fast you get the finished result.  He also mentions a 100% guarantee. 

So I signed up, payed about $100 (a bit less), filled in information for the company profile (he even confirmed to me that he received this information), and waited. I then waited and waited some more. a few days became a week which became two , which became many more. He hasnt finished my logo, responded to my emails, instant messages, or even had the common decency to reach out and apologize for the delay.

He has excused himself in the past on this site claiming he had difficulties and that the people that are not pleased make up only 3% of his hundreds of clients.  Well my suggestion is do not be part of that 3% and go elsewhere. He caused me to be late for a project, I gave my word (foolishly) to some folks that a logo would be ready, and now I look very bad.

He has all these websites, boasts about his profile, and cheap rates but all of that means nothing to me because I am out $100, lost very valuable time, look foolish to the people i promised, and don't even have a logo. This whole experience has been horrible, and all it took to fix was a logo on time, a bit of professionalism, and some courtesy.
