The information posted above is nothing more than libel comments posted by disgruntled individuals, who have an issue with Mrs. Lancaster on a personal level.

I can verify that Mrs. Lancaster does give money to charity because she sent me the receipt of the exact dollar amount I had paid to her, from the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and was kind enough to even put it in my name.

On a more personal level, which is obvious when they attack her disability. Mrs. Lancaster  doesn't even receive money from SSI. She is also in no way under investigation harassment and libel and will not be facing charges.

Another obvious point that this is personal, is the fact she is using the last name of her husband, but hasn't legally changed it. You don't  have to legally change the name, you can assume the last name of your spouse without legally changing it.

Also why post skewed and personal information about the individual. There is no need to include the exact address of this individual, not to mention state she is not married.  She has a loving husband, and beautiful children. I don't if shes considered married in the courts eyes, but she would be consider common law.


This report is nothing more than an attack towards an individual by others whom she provided a witness statement against. She is not being investigated, or being charged with harassment, and is in no way a liar.

Do you even know what libel is? Why not ask the person you are here defending she will explain it to you. 

And maybe you should also ask her who started with the posting of names, phone numbers and addresses. Not only here on rip off but on other consumer sites. So if she had not done that then it would be safe to say her address would not have been posted. 

As far as you being able to verify if she actually gave a donation to the charity who cares? 

And before you make statements about common law marriage. Get your facts straight. People wonder when a person refers to someone as their husband if they are not. To take a name of a person it must be legal.

'Shestartedit' commented that the victim of all this tripe was the first to use names and addresses.It so happens that I have screen shots of the  beginnings of all the garbage under the then web site of SSS2.MS Holland and her alter egos plus the few disgruntled members took it upon themselves to start mastering the victim by publishing lies,gossip,rumors,innuendos and assumptions  because they were unable to stick to their published goals.They had to start  attacking other off site  members in order to generate publicity.



In certain groups,especially those whose members consists unhappy people who can't accept that they were in violation of a certain site's Terms of Service and were  banished permanently.There was so little actual newsworthy material that they soon acted like washer women  leaning over the back fence gossiping and attacking totally innocent people to further their own personal vendetta.



What is humorous in this sick and demented effort is the amount of totally incorrect material being  expounded upon as the truth which in turn becomes libelous and a civil infraction.This group supposedly has a  legal clerk providing interpretations of law but they forgot to first clean up their own backyard.In fact this,'legal beagle',has libelous comments of his own under the auspices of SSS2 and Manthissitesucks.

This entire   effort needs to be put to rest and all go on with their own lives free of encumbrances of this sick and tiring behavior.Every person involved in this BS has dirty laundry to wash and it is time to get er done,clean up and grow up!

No one questioned me about SSI income- rather it was posted here and on numerous other complaint sites through spam method that I receive SSI.  This report is all part of a smear campaign spawned by vengeance for my part in helping to get a group of haters off of http://singsnap.com.

First and foremost, I do NOT receive SSI.  I receive SSD.  In case you don't know the difference, please, read here: http://www.marthachurchill.com/ssissd.htm  SSI, therefore, cannot conduct and investigation for fraudulent income.  The only income I receive is SSD and the income my husband makes... PERIOD.  As a person on SSD, I AM allowed to make extra income without having to report it BUT I DO NOT.

Secondly, there IS NO INVESTIGATION WITH A PRIVATE PARTY FOR INTERNET HARASSMENT AND/OR LIBEL because I have not done what these people say.  It may interest people to know, however, my husband, Chris Lancaster, contacted the police and a Detective filed a report on http://singsnapsucks.com.  He looked for criminal infringement and was only able to find civil (libel and defamation) in my case.  TN law covers anyone under 18 for libel, defamation, harassment... it is a criminal offense in that case.  I am over 18 therefore it is civil.  Based on what the Detective saw on the site, if I had been under 18, all those people on http://singsnapsucks.com would probably already be in jail.  We decided not to pursue a civil case and, instead, hired a lawyer to send a letter asking for them to STOP USING MY NAME on their site.  They replaced my name with a SICK nick name:  Crazy Mental Psycho Chick.  They have since denied doing this but there are people who have screen shots to prove it.

Third of all, once again, call my county's courthouse for the record of my marriage to Chris Lancaster.  As for being a home owner, please, go to http://geekgirlunlimited.com for the whole story concerning that.

The rest of what you have posted is completely irrelevant.  Actually, all you have posted is irrelevant to anything but I thought I would try to show my side of things rather than just leave all this hanging in the wind indefinitely.

LET IT GO.  You and I both know I have done nothing wrong.  I stood up against your site because it was full of hate toward myself and others.  Misguided and disgruntled, you set out to find a target.  I was convenient because I am mentally ill.  I am here to break the STIGMA you are fostering... that people who are mentally ill are irrational, mean, violent, weak, and stupid.  I AM NOT!  I take THREE medications a day and go to therapy on a regular basis.  I DO have a hard time dealing with things because of my illnesses but I am not a totally helpless moron nor do I lie, steal, or cheat.  In fact, I am a Christian who prays for you all.  The hate you harbor must be excruciating.  :(

The information posted above has absolutely nothing to do with the original report made (which is complete hogwash anyway). FYI: The person named in the lawsuit, "Shanda Lancaster Maddox" does not exist at the address given in the lawsuit. I have no idea if there IS a Shanda Lancaster Maddox in existence, in fact. It certainly is not ME.

I will update this report with some ACCURATE information. The people who filed the original complaint here used to have a site called http://singsnapsucks2.com. I am pretty certain they were forced, legally, to change their name to http://manthissitesucks.com. I have no absolute proof but I do believe the owner of http://manthissucks.com broke the terms of use with her/his hosting company (this is how it appears). Nonetheless, they moved to another hosting site. They've gone to great deal of effort to conceal their new site but it was freely given by a member on another complaint site. These lovely people can now be found at: http://manthissitesucks.forumotion.com.

The original complaint here was made only as a vendetta against ME. They were caught out on another site doing wrong (blatantly breaking the site's terms of use along with baiting, flaming, and trolling on the site's message board). Only one of those people has an actual connection to me. I am here to say, SHE caused her own 'dismissal' from that site due to activity bordering on illegal. I and other people let the site owner know what she was doing and she was permanently banned from the site.

This person has gathered a 'following' of other banned members and, the aforementioned site, http://manthissitesucks.forumotion.com is their number one playground, . They target ME, Shanda Lancaster, because this woman has them convinced she is good and I am bad. It is a lot of school yard nonsense. Their second playground is the Internet itself, in particular complaint sites such as this one. They've run more than one smear campaign against me using complaint sites by saying the most atrocious, vile, and completely untrue things they could dream up. The fact is, these people cannot even get my name correct! One of the most ridiculous complaints I saw lately was a juvenile poem written by a very disturbed woman but I'll not say her name although I know who she is.

In conclusion, I want it to be known the only truth spoken by these people is that I had a Zazzle store. I had that store for around 4-5 years. It may interest people to know that Zazzle will not pay you any money until you accrue at least 100 dollars. In all the time I had that store, I made TEN DOLLARS (Therefore I never made ANY money). Donations to JDRF and other charities have been made, by me, with my own money. I am also an advocate with several causes and use my time on the Internet networking to spread awareness about these various causes. Charity work is how I choose to spend my time as apposed to playing hate head games with people filled with visions of revenge.

This will be my final rebuttal here and on other complaint sites concerning these people. I feel sorry for them, I really do, but I've resigned myself to the fact they cannot see the wrong in what they have done and will likely continue to do.

Ma'am, it doesn't matter what name a law firm uses on the complaint.  Any one of your alias's can be used.  It does not have to be an exact match.  Any name you have used legally in the past can be used by you at any time and other agencies can locate you by any of your past and/or current names.
Law enforcement has all your alias's in their computers as well.  Saying that Shanda Lancaster Maddox is not who you are is an untrue statement.  If you are married and legally use the surname Lancaster, adding Maddox onto the end of that is still a true statement because you have used that name before. Even if you do not currently use the name, it still belongs to you as long as you live.  It identifies you and always will.  You own your alias's for your entire life.

As for the site manthissitesucks,  it is slander/libel to say they were forced to change their name. You can be sued for this.  Since you have already lost one federal suit and could be facing another one, do you really wish to have this site sue you as well?
As for relocating, this is a direct quote taken from their introductions thread. "Hi gang.  The owner of freeforums said we take a lot of their time so they're going to assist us with relocating to another host.  We'll try to make the transition as easy as possible."
As for concealing themselves, I easily found them by using Google.  I don't see why they would have a need to hide.  I do know you are banned from their site and have been for almost a year so anything concerning them, does not concern you.
I'm pretty confident the site doesn't need to justify themselves to you and have been made aware of your harassment here.  As for saying they went around and posted all about you on consumer sites, weren't you and a couple of other harassers the ones who did that first?

Continuing the same slanderous and libelous harassing behavior while you're in federal default with the courts is a terrible costly move you're making.

While in default, you are also continuing your harassment towards the plaintiff.  You dedicate an entire paragraph to it in your last post and once again, it will be used against you in a court of law for all future litigations and complaints against you.
Your actions will and can have the US marshals seize every computer in your home.  

Since you've ignored every attempt to be served the lawsuit, you have now been found in default. You lost the case.  The plaintiffs have already won.  You are now guilty of slander, libel, copyright infringement (which is a crime) and assault.  No one can get you out of this.  No one can make this "go away" for you.  You lost and are now guilty of everything that was on the complaint.  You can continue to say you did nothing wrong, but the courts have now said you have.  It is official.  As Shanda Lancaster the individual, you're a done deal.  You should have not evaded service, posted all over the internet (which you still do) and spent the time working with your attorney to show you did nothing wrong.  Your actions now are causing you all your problems and the more you continue, the angrier the plaintiff's will get.  You may even gain new plaintiffs and new lawsuits against you.

I doubt if the attempts too look and appear like a charity worker and a "good christian woman" will assist you in any way.  It is fluff.

Even Charles Manson changed his persona after the fact, but it doesn't change the facts about who he really is.  He is a cold blooded murderer.

You can say you spend your time working with charities or feed the homeless or even if you become a nun, it doesn't change what you've done.  You are now a harasser, someone who has committed copyright infringement, libel and slander and also assault.  It is on your permanent record.  The horrible thing is you are still doing the same thing now and you'll probably continue to do so unless you are stopped.  That is more then likely being taken care of.
