In response to the previous "customers" complaint, i'd be happy to address specifics if he would provide his company name. I can say this, we work hard to take care of our customers. We dont shy away or avoid our customers if they aren't happy with the designs we develop from them. And in the rare incident someone does request a refund, we will provide it based on our terms and conditions, which state that we'll refund them for any work we haven't provided, and we deduct a reasonable charge for each draft we design. We have run in to some clients that have had us design over 10 drafts, can't make a decision, THEN they want a refund. We are extremely reasonable, friendly, and have successfully designed logos for Duke University, The US Navy, The FCC, and The FBI. We've been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine and Wall Street Journal. We are competent, hard working, and professional. We do make mistakes, but work hard to fix them.
