Logomatrix Design (Owner: John Pesonen) Suddenly disappear and never deliver the product (design) almost a month after they cashed in my personal check. Hillman Michigan

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to report a potential of fraud from a company named Logomatrix with the owner John Pesonen (Designer). I wa placing an order of Corporata Logo and Identity Design in the amount of $159 back then in early March. Once the person received and cashed-in the personal check sent by one of my colleage who lived in th US, he just disappear. First he show up on the email mentioning that he got sick and then after that he just completely disappear, until now. I've try to call, send several emails ... nothing else I can do to reach him. His website is: www.logomatrix.com, looks quite real for me, with all the testimonials from previous customers.

Due to criticallity of this project for me to setup a business and start dealing with my client, I am no longer able to wait for this guy to return my email(s). And this business conduct are unacceptable for not having returning customer emails for more than 2-3 weeks.

Please help me to solve the problem since now I has been move out from the US, and find difficulty to trace this person. What I really want right now is for him to give FULL REFUND to me in the amount of $159. So that I can start looking for an alternative designer in the US, who has more credibility on delivering the product and service.
