Yoggin Company took payment without providing an acceptible work product (logo design). ripoff Internet

Yoggin agrees to provide logo art for a fee over the internet. Although they say they will not charge your credit card until their work is acceptible, they charged mine immediately.

When I called to complain, I was placed on "hold" indefinitely. The manager, "Chawon," would only say my refund would arrive in 5 - 10 days. I never saw the refund. Now they simply ignore my emails.

They stole $195 from me.

She agreed to a contract and wants to break it.

AUTHOR: Yoggin - Colleyville (U.S.A.)

This clients name is Julie Duke. She operates as Flea Bag Adventures. She agreed to our terms and conditions that state the following:

1.) We will deliver logo concepts risk free.
2.) We will authorize, but not charge, your credit card on sign-up. A lot of customers mistake this authorization for a charge. It falls off in 24-48 hrs if the client cancels.
3.) Clients can accept the logo concepts or have 48hrs to cancel and pay nothing.

This client bought a package that includes 4 logo concepts. We delivered 7 concepts that can be seen at www.yoggin.com/fleabag

We agree that we did not meet the customers needs, but the last response from the client was "I don't have time to help you find images, that's why I hired you". We did significant work and the contract clearly stated she would pay us past the initial logo concepts.

Customer interaction is extremely key to provide a professional logo and this client just didn't have time. This is the last communication:

This is closer at least we've got a friendly looking flea and a bus. I don't like the gray as the major color of the design and there are still no antiques in the design. Plus, the empty white space in the bus looks odd.

We're glad we made a step in the right direction. It would really help if you could provide some images of some antiques and tell us how you would like them incorporated in the logo. Colors are easy to change, so no need to worry about them. We'll adjust the colors after we have your reply.

Sorry, but I hired you to do the logo. I haven't the time to find images for you.

No communication was provided past this point. We use a web based system for all projects. This is the last post. We met our contractual obligation with the client and went above the agreed number of concepts.
