Received new computer in June however it kept crashing on me. I called Cyberpower but never got a returne call. I called again three times only to get a recording after being on hold 15 minutes. I left three messages with detail and phone number but never got a returne call. I left seven messages on line to tech support but did not get any results there either.
I had to take my brand new computer to a local repairman to get fixed.
I have never expierenced such a poorly run company in my life. I will never buy a computer from them or anyone else on line again.
