FJR Advisors, INC. Lied about not charging if products ordered were returned within free trial period San Antonio, Texas

 I ordered 3 products online 7/29/2011.One was a 2 cd set called MAS. A second was a 4 cd set with a booklet called CCW. The third order was an online link called GTPU for which I paid $47 with Mastercard. There was a 30 day free trial period for the MAS and CCW order. I would be charged $97on my Mastercard if the materials were not returned by 8/29/2011. I was charged for the original shipping and I paid for the return shipping as well.

 I return mailed the MAS and CCW materials to the Returns Department according to the instructions on 8/17/2011. The package was delivered on 8/19/2011 at 11:40 AM, ten days before the trial period would expire. On 8/29/2011 my Mastercard was charged $97. The only phone number( 949-200-7549)  is a recorded message saying you must contact them online by submitting a "ticket". I submitted an email ticket to the billing department, which was acknowledged, but no action has been taken to date. According to Ripoff Report this is a recurring event. I continue to get emails to  buy more products. They won't talk to me on  the phone and they won't answer my emails. Automated scam.
