Software is not aware of support dates

AUTHOR: Brett - Savannah (U.S.A.)

The software product does not know when support your support contract expires therefore, it doesnt start acting up once your it does expires, its just bad timing and nothing more. Support contracts are only dates in our system which PCCharge has no communication with or knowledge of. We make very little on support contracts and the majority of that money is used to fund the call center itself. Technical Support Call Centers are typically not profit making departments within any organization. Our support contracts allow our customers to call in as many times as they like during their supported times for an entire year for a very, very small fee (less than $100 a year for standard M-F support).
