They say i will be issued a check by wednesday 04/15/2009 we shall see. also i have contacted the bbb and filled a complaint as well the next step is claims court.
hint make sure all your service tickets are invoiced. also fax in any paper work with signatures etc.

Thank you for the information. we are already well aware of it. Many are individuals we have either taken care of already or disagree with their charges - or in many cases, never received their invoices properly. But, in any case, I did want to inform you that it appears that many of your invoices that you were able to submit through the portal have appeared in our accounting system, so there is success there. Also, we are processing your project invoices this morning and expect to issue payment by Wednesday.

Just though I may nicely let yall know that these other technicians are not happy at all bout not being paid onetime. Its sad that the reputation of this company doesn't match up to its standards, therefore be expecting calls from lawyers and soon. I would strongly advise paying these individuals for the work done promptly thanks.
