1uniteDData.com False Advertises, Ignores e-mail requests for RMA. El Monte California

I ordered from this company hoping to get some cheap memory, but all I ended up with were false advertisements on product quality, shipping method, warranty. To top it all off this company has ignored my RMA requests for over a week now.

They told me that the memory was new in factory sealed OEM packaging, it was not. It was used memory that had had heat spreaders removed. They said it would be packaged well, it was not. It was packaged in a manilla envelope in separate small pink baggies. They said it would be sent with Insurance, It was not. I was sent First Class with only Signature Confirmation. To top it all off memory is defective and company refuses to respond to RMA requests.
