I ordered a Christmas present for my parents through Lakeside Collection. I placed my order and was sent the order form that was needed. I enclosed the picture I wanted for the gift to be made. I have not yet received the item I ordered and can't get through to the company that is making the afghan. I have been trying for several days and only get a busy signal.

I ordered a photo afghan for a Christmas present through the Lakeside Collection. I was sent a "kit" to fill out and include a photo. I sent it out to the company that was making the afghan, which is Apex Textilgraphics. That was on November 28th and I have not received the afghan. I contacted Lakeside Collection and they gave me a number for the other company. I have been calling them for several days and only get a busy signal!
